Zhu Changshui, a member of Communist Party, serves as Secretary of Party General Branch & Principal in Chengdu Huayang High School.

     Mr. Zhu is a invited member of the CPPC and Doctor of Education. He successively attended Shuangliu Normal School, Chengdu College of Education, Sichuan Normal University, Beijing Normal University, Peking University, East China Normal University and California American University. He, who used to hold the post of principal of Huishui Middle School, Huang longxi Middle School and Xinxing Middle School of Shuangliu, successively has been in the position of the principal of Huayang High School since 2001. Titled “Excellent Expert with Outstanding Contributions of Sichuan Province” and “Special Grade Principal of Chengdu”, Mr. Zhu mainly works on school mental health education and he is also a national senior psychological consultant.

    Chengdu Huayang High School with the former name—Shuangliu Huayang High School founded in 2001 by Shuangliu County People’s Government. It is the first Experimental High School of Chinese Society of Education, a model public provincial school, and a fastest developing school in Sichuan province. It was honored with  Sichuan Province Demonstration Ordinary High School in 2006.

    Located in the Huayang town, Chengdu Huayang High School is the center of Tianfu New Area, a auxiliary center of Chengdu. It is closed to the South Renming Road, the north and west of the school borders on the flouring downtown. Funan River is running in front of the west school gate. It covers an area of 140,007㎡, consisting of 66 classes. The population of students is more than 3,450. Among 306 full-time teachers, 100% of them have qualified education background, of whom there are 125 teachers with senior professional title, 6 special- class teachers
