  • Customized jewelry, energized gemstones, or lab-certified stones may take 5–10 business days.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.
  • International shipping charges will vary based on destination and weight.

3. Delivery Timeline (India)

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

4. International Shipping

  • Delivery time: 7–15 business days (depending on country).

  • Certified gemstones are packed with lab certificate (if applicable).

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If delivery is delayed beyond expected time, please contact our support team.
  • In case of lost shipment confirmed by courier, we will initiate replacement or refund after investigation.
  • Company is not responsible for incorrect shipping address provided by customer.

8. Address Changes

  • Address modification request must be made within 12 hours of order placement.
  • Once shipped, address change is not guaranteed.

9. Damaged Package

If package is received damaged:

  • Record unboxing video immediately.
  • Inform us within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
  • Claims without proper evidence may not be accepted.
